Manager User Experience – UI or UX

Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and own the UX vision, strategy, and design standards across products
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers, researchers, and content strategists
- Establish UX best practices, processes, and design systems
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
- Oversee end-to-end UX design including discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and final design execution
- Ensure design consistency and usability across platforms (web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints)
- Conduct and guide usability testing, user research, and data-driven design decisions
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables
- Partner with Product Managers to align UX strategy with product roadmaps
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
- Present design concepts, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 3+ years in a leadership or principal role
- Experience with AI-assisted design/development tools and prompt engineering
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI-assisted design/development tools and prompt engineering
- Solid understanding of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
- Background in software engineering or computer science
- Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in design tools preferably AI driven tools and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js)
- Proven solid communication and stakeholder management skills
