Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities – by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical aspects of application deployment
- Interact with both internal and external customers to deploy application components as well as act as liaison between customer and technical teams
- Simultaneously participate in several complex projects with varied, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management
- Communicate job and ticket status information to all team members
- Promote smooth workflow and communication between departments
- Complete activities within defined timelines
- Ensure workflow progresses efficiently and projects/staff are organized as priorities shift
- Maintain job tracking and time keeping database
- Help enhance and improve department processes
- Use your SSO expertise to configure and troubleshoot SSO implementations
- Communicate consolidated project milestones and deliverables for readiness
- Be able to generate detailed project status reporting (including critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc.)
- Be able to work in a matrixed environment across cross-functional teams
- Workflow design, implementation and management experience
- Be able to produce timely results in a highly dynamic and formative environment

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Information Technology experience and application setup/deployment
- 2+ years of experience in Application Integration design and proficiency with system architecture
- 2+ years of experience working with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with relational databases and database structures
- Experience with troubleshooting network transport protocols
- Experience with Network security protocols
- Experience with SSO (SAML/OIDC) configuration and implementation
- Knowledge of MS Server set up and configuration
- Knowledge of VPN/SFTP set up and Support
- Knowledge of Environment Analysis Tools – ex. Splunk, App Insight
- Knowledge of Configuring and troubleshooting Citrix and VDI Environments
- Knowledge of Front End Web Service architecture
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio)
- Proven solid negotiation skills
- Comfortable leading client facing discussions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Health Administration or related field
- Some HL7 experience
