Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable software architectures for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and microservices adoption
- Introduce AI-driven capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, GenAI-based automation) into system design
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices, including AI/ML integration and Go-based development

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in software engineering
- 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
- Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI)
- Knowledge of distributed systems, API design, and microservices
- Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, and AI governance
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven solid programming skills in Go, Java, and Python
- Soft Skills:
- Solid communication and collaboration
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, AI/ML certifications
- Experience in healthcare or financial domains
- Proven track record in AI-driven architecture and performance optimization
