Quality Analyst – National Remote

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-hour shift falling between 8am-5:30pm ET

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Call Monitoring and auditing external quality analysts
• Presenting & coaching feedback to external partners
• May administer programs and monitoring to ensure compliance with external agent credentialling and training requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 1+ years of quality monitoring experience
• 1+ years of experience presenting findings to stakeholders
• Beginner level of proficiency to create, copy, edit, save & send using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales/Producer Help Desk experience
• Experience in quality monitoring
• Experience coaching or training others
• English/Spanish fluency

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
