Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the overall quality engineering strategy for Salesforce implementations, ensuring high quality across Salesforce Service Cloud and platform solutions
  • Define, implement, and govern QA standards, processes, and best practices across Salesforce programs and releases
  • Drive and oversee the test automation strategy using AccelQ, including framework design, automation standards, reusable components, and regression coverage
  • Lead the design, development, execution, and maintenance of AccelQ automated test suites for Salesforce Lightning applications
  • Validate Agentforce autonomous agents, Agentforce Builder flows, Agent Script logic, Intelligent Context, and Agentforce Voice interactions
  • Test AI/LLM driven Knowledge Search for accuracy, grounding, and relevance across various user personas
  • Execute testing for Salesforce integrations with Qualtrics (surveys, CX data), AWS Connect (CTI, IVR, transcripts), and ECP (mass email templates, personalization, delivery)
  • Ensure comprehensive end‑to‑end testing of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, including Case Management, Omni‑Channel, CTI, Entitlements, Knowledge, Email‑to‑Case, Macros, and Live Chat
  • Provide quality oversight for custom Salesforce components, including custom objects, Lightning components, flows, Apex triggers, and integrations
  • Partner with Salesforce Admins and Developers to validate configurations such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes, profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Integrate AccelQ automation suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and quality gates
  • Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality status, risk assessment, and release readiness for Salesforce releases
  • Manage, mentor, and technically guide QA and automation engineers, including code reviews, best practice enforcement, and skill development
  • Oversee defect management and triage processes, ensuring clear documentation, prioritization, root‑cause analysis, and resolution
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • Establish and track quality metrics and KPIs, including automation coverage, defect leakage, test execution status, and release quality trends
  • Continuously evaluate Salesforce releases, AccelQ platform enhancements, and emerging QA practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with 2-3+ years in a Quality Engineering Lead or Senior QA Lead role
  • Experience in AccelQ automation along with good hands on in using Github CoPilot, M365 CoPilot
  • Experience validating Salesforce Lightning applications, customizations, and integrations
  • Proven experience leading functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release validation testing
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
  • Experience using defect management and test management tools (eg, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Solid hands‑on expertise in test automation using AccelQ, including strategy definition and scalable test suite design
  • Extensive Salesforce platform knowledge, with deep experience in Salesforce Service Cloud end‑to‑end functionality
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, and configuration best practices
  • Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and quality leadership within Agile teams
  • Proven excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
