Primary Care Physician – FM or IM – Sandy, UT

Primary Responsibilities:
- This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice supporting patients from Salt Lake City and its surrounding communities:
- Outpatient: 18 patients/day, on average
- Ability to focus on the adult population
- Collegial group of Primary Care physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Work life balance with flexible shifts – Full time is typically a 5-day work week
- No inpatient responsibility
- Call is light and shared
- Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) support
- Incredible location in the Sandy neighborhood, located in the East bench that lies at the base of the Wasatch Mountain Range, with countless options for exploring the outdoors year-round
- Sandy is within 20 miles of Salt Lake City and several world class ski resorts

Required Qualifications:
- BC/BE Family/Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Unrestricted UT license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HEDIS scores, Star Ratings, and risk adjustment
- Experience with Value Based Care
