Major Responsibilities
- Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners, tech teams and manage and keep track of all assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external point of contacts and accountable for the scope of their work.
- Provide high level demos of the tool as needed and discuss enhancements included in releases.
- Business Analyst should be able to assign ticket to appropriate resource depending on type of issue
- This individual will use their knowledge of the customer, data and platforms to provide the root cause analysis on the issues that submitted by the end users.
- Assess and interpret needs and requirements of our partners.
- Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries that support marketing efforts
- Provide actionable insight by giving explanation and progress of the projects and roadblocks with stakeholders
- Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners, tech teams and manage and keep track of all assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 to 7 years’ experience in root cause analysis and assigning and managing the ServiceNow/Jira issue tickets.
- working knowledge of using SQL to query data in relational databases
- Strong presentation skills and solid understanding of the technology being supported.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- A background in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Knowledge on Tableau/PowerBi and preferred.
