As a lead digital product manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of our digital products. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of our digital roadmap. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital product portfolio, shaping the future of our offerings and delivering exceptional value to our customers. You will work on initiatives from full product lifecycle including strategy/design, product definition, planning through production release.  You will work with research and analyze market conditions and identify key consumer trends and opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.  In depth knowledge of digital/mobile technology and industry trends will take you far. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the strategic vision for our digital product portfolio, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. Refine strategic direction for EPMP, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and excellence
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, scalability and business objectives
  • Identify potential new clients and understand their specific environment, audience and use cases
  • Pursue strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives to expand EPMP’s market presence
  • Develop and refine clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with both existing and potential clients in the preference management space
  • Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies and product demos
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives
  • Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation and design to development, testing, and launch
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital products, iterating based on data-driven insights
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • Feedback Loop establishment: establish and manage a robust feedback loop with clients to gather insights on product usage, satisfaction, and areas for opportunity
  • Collaboration: collaborate with Product Management, Design, technology partners to align on product features, priority, client use cases, and feedback
  • Stakeholder Engagement: build meaningful and productive stakeholder relationships, collaborate with stakeholders within the organization, such as engineering, security, legal, compliance, operations, and business leaders to drive opportunities and empower our consumers
  • Budget: manage budget and resource allocation 
  • Risk Management:  identify risks, communication strategy and contingency plans

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Innovative focus: experience driving innovation and staying ahead of trends
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices, with experience in leading agile product teams
  • Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering digital products or services that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Proven pronounced strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
  • Proven excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential
  • Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven Outcome Oriented: focus on driving outcomes over output, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible value to the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Rally or Jira agile tools
  • Experience with adobe analytics
  • Familiarity with modern database and information management and reporting technologies (i.e., Tableau, SQL) 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel , Access, Word , PPT etc)
  • Proven analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
