The People Team Analyst/Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the People Team in executing key strategic initiatives and projects to enhance organizational value and employee experience. This role involves data tracking, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives, and providing insights to improve People Team operations and productivity. In addition, this role will manage operational work through system administration, access, and data integrity management. The Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiencies, support talent management processes, and contribute to organizational development solutions and decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on key People Team metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Conduct thorough analysis of data related to strategic initiatives and projects. (Kaleidoscope, PDEV, Op Model analysis)
  • Produce insights and recommended actions in reports and presentations from PT Org Health Dashboard.  Focus on key workforce metrics. (Mobility tracking, Census, Turnover, WFM)
  • Prepare and analyze data for career and talent review processes.  Understand trends and Workforce planning needs and gaps
  • Ensure data protection and manage access protocols for sensitive People Team data
  • Update system to reflect transactions PT members (comp, job change, data access, onboarding and separations)
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of industry experience in Data Management, Team Metrics, Data Accuracy and Reporting
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Expanding understanding of AI and automation
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
