As a rehabilitation specialist, you will be responsible for care management, case management and utilization review of behavioral health. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the therapist to establish a behavioral health plan for the client
• Provides care management services through review and evaluation of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health treatments
• Supports client in learning and practicing basic living skills to become more independent and productive on a daily basis

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Experience with case management or other mental health related experience
• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with couples and family counseling
• Experience with children or adolescents
