Senior Technical Product Manager – Agile, Jira, Aha, Rally

Primary Responsibilities:

• Product Manager for STARS/HEDIS Prospective program
• Define and drive roadmap for product
• Clearly articulate product vision, strategy and roadmap to engineering team
• Owner of portfolio backlog and roadmap execution
• Collaborate with engineering & RTE team to drive product design
• Drive system demo to stakeholders
• Prioritize backlog at feature and user story level with complete understanding of feature
• Effective action on feedback received during retrospective meetings
• Identify potential issues and proactively develop mitigation plan
• Build & drive culture of innovation in the portfolio
• Deliver reporting up to development leaders to help drive continuous improvement in development teams
• Communication leader across data platform teams
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in:
  • Agile Product Management
  • Relationship building with business leaders
  • Data System Analysis/Development
  • Leveraging Agile tools such as Jira, Aha, Rally, etc.
  • Leading/facilitating requirements gathering with stakeholders
  • Creating and presenting a development roadmap to key stakeholders and governance teams
  • Creating and presenting demos to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working with Medicare/Medicaid data
• Working with Healthcare data
