Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configures, develops, administers and supports all components of the OnBase solution and system
  • Creates and maintains existing scripts and API integrations, imaging, capture, document/content management, Workflow and WorkView solutions
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase software and infrastructure issues
  • Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes
  • Develop OnBase solutions dealing in areas of document capture, document storage, automated import processors (DIP and DRIP), Workflow, WorkView and other OnBase modules
  • Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections
  • Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs
  • Work closely with the organization’s enterprise architecture, infrastructure and application teams to ensure that all OnBase solutions are designed and built according to industry and vendor best practices, and will support all system requirements
  • Interface with business stakeholders and technical teams and provide technical leadership in requirement work sessions
  • Assists in maintaining the electronic record system including, system security and addition of new users
  • Mentors other software engineers
  • Provide technical assistance in an on-call rotation, 24/7/365
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field
  • OnBase certifications (OCSA, OCWA, OCWV, OCAPI)
  • 6+ years of OnBase administration, support, and development experience
  • 4+ years of working experience in .Net
  • 4+ years of working experience in Python
  • 4+ years of working experience in Kafka
  • 4+ years extensive working experience in writing SQL Server Database developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures
  • 4+ years of working experience in APIs, JavaScript, Unity Scripts, and web services integration development
  • 3+ years of working experience with GraphQL and FIHR
  • Experience deploying, documenting, and administering an OnBase implementation; API certification
  • Experience in Agile / Large Scale Scrum system development methodology 
  • Extensive knowledge supporting, troubleshooting and developing complex Workflow and WorkView solutions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OnBase module capabilities and how to properly extend OnBase’s functionality 
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
