As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities include entering, updating, and managing customer information with accuracy and attention to detail. Once the data is verified as accurate and error-free, you will mail out the policy to the customer. The job requires focus and attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds is preferred.
This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 300 Burnett Street, Fort Worth, TX
We offer 1 week of on-the-job, paid training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sort and file patient demographic forms (may include lifting to 30 lbs.)
- Locate and retrieve patient demographic forms when requested.
- Cross train and work in all processes when needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Repetitive movements including sit, stand, kneel, reach

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Reside within 50 Miles of the office located at 300 Burnett Street, Fort Worth, TX.
