We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality engineering initiatives, developing and implementing quality processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Senior Quality Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and DevOps, to identify and mitigate quality risks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement quality strategies and plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including test cases, test scripts, and test data
  • Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall quality
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve quality processes, including test automation, test planning, and defect management
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and DevOps, to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • B-Tech or MCA – Engineering graduate
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Solid knowledge of software quality engineering principles, practices, and standards
  • Proficient in test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, TestComplete, playright
  • Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
