Software Engineering Lead – Python , AI or ML

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications, integration layers using Python and SQL ensuring code quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using modern Javascript libraries/frameworks
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to facilitate communication between different components of the system
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of applications by writing thorough tests and maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience on Python programming with experience on FastAPI or Flask frameworks and common data analysis libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib etc.
- 7+ years of experience in relational databases (SQL Query, Stored Procedure. CTE, Triggers etc.)
- API / Web Services: 7+ years of working experience in Web Services / API, REST Architecture, etc.
- Experience on AI/ML concepts, MLOps, GenAI
- Experience in providing technical guidance and inculcating engineering best practices within development teams
- Knowledge of source code management using Github, CI/CD and devops tools
- Knowledge on any modern front-end programming language (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue)
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Machine Learning, AI, NLP or MLOps
- Experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js in Azure cloud environment
- Experience in Operational and APM Tools like Dynatrace, Splunk
- HealthCare domain knowledge
- Tools Knowledge – Service Now, GitHUB
