Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads strategic program initiatives crossing multiple lines of business and operating groups as a Program Manager
  • Ensures programs / projects are completed on time, within scope, and with quality
  • Determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of project
  • Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Anticipates and proactively resolves issues and mitigates risks
  • Creates high quality PowerPoint presentations for management on project updates and expected results
  • Make presentations to senior leadership
  • Maintain relationships across teams to ensure effective support and feedback loops and that deliverables are met
  • Collaborates with appropriate individuals to provide required documents for committee and/or governance meetings
  • Collaborates with cross-segment and cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Defines performance and results
  • Manage vendors and service providers
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of program management experience including tracking, planning projects, working with large datasets, and making data-driven analytical decisions
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid data presentation skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and guide director level employees through decision making processes
  • Proven problem solving skills, including the ability to work independently and systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and successfully devise/implement solutions calmly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Financial Management or Profit & Loss Experience
  • Network, Infrastructure, Operations experience
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
