• Responsibilities  

  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that address complex business challenges and opportunities for the United AI Studio Enterprise Platform. 
  • Decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions.
  • Mentor and team of AI/ML software and platform engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Write robust, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to high standards

  of quality and performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technology and introduce innovative techniques and tools to the team.
  • Should be flexible, adapting to meet the needs of the team, project, or product.

Required Qualifications:

• • • Master’s degree in computer science or related field; or bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience
    • 5+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or AI/ML Engineer, with at least 2+ years in senior or lead role.
    • 3+ years of experience with design activities (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) on cloud platforms (e.g. Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake).
    • 3+ years of experience with demonstrable proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
    • 2+ years of experience and demonstratable ability to lead and mentor a technical team with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
    • 2+ years of experience with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of ML models. 

     

     

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
    • Higher-level understanding of AI/ML use-cases and production implementation.
    • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras; or distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
