Software Engineering Lead – Project Management, Infrastructure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document various application related infrastructure and services
• Meet and coordinate with internal and/or external stakeholders to establish project scope, business goals, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with Business, Technical Teams, Architects/Engineers to identify and decommission unused hardware/infrastructure efficiently and cost effectively
• Ability to facilitate all project related activities with minimal supervision
• Able to prioritize and execute assigned tasks
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects with different teams at the same time
• Work with teammates, clients and other teams to identify and address systems problems
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
• 8+ years as Techno-Functional Analyst, with Technical hands-on background
• 5+ years of IT project management, time management, risk assessment and mitigation planning
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, leading complex projects, utilizing GitHub repository, and IT service and Infrastructure decommissioning along with Data Archival as per ERIM
• 5+ years of experience in MySQL database management
• 3+ years of experience with managing projects working with business stakeholders and App teams
• Experience working in a process oriented and collaborative environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player to be part of the complex projects to achieve key business objectives
• Proven self-motivated and self-directed with keen attention to detail
• Well versed with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Familiar with using ticketing tools (HP ServiceNow preferred)
• Solid analytical and vetting skills with ability to understand and leverage various organizational tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Application/Infrastructure decommission
• Knowledge on enterprise architecture
