We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical a Senior Business Analyst to join our innovative Healthcare Technology team. This role will focus on developing and enhancing payment integrity solutions that ensure accurate and efficient healthcare claims processing. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation by capturing, analyzing, and documenting detailed requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and healthcare domain experts to gather and define business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to understand pain points, workflows, and solution needs.
• Translate complex business processes into clear, concise, and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
• Analyze healthcare claims data and payment workflows to identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and fraud prevention.
• Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business expectations.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes in healthcare payment integrity to inform solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or health tech industry.
• Proven ability to write detailed and structured requirement documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Rally, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing, payment integrity, or revenue cycle management.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, EDI).
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
