Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direction for the Project Management work streams on all aspects of the engagement
- Be able to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new technology projects
- Lead segment executive leadership visits for program reviews
- Be responsible for Projects for the line of service/business for the site
- Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders
- Be responsible for training of team members
- Demonstrate solid leadership and judgment
- Own few strategic enterprises level initiatives
- Negotiate key process changes introducing innovations for cost effective transitions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- BCoM/MCoM/CA/MBA
- 5+ years of good exposure to IT BPO operations
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management /Project Management (for Grade 28 7+ years)
- Experience managing and being responsible for multiple portfolio’s
- Experience in responding/solutioning for PMO requirements
- People and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of program management, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc.
- Change Management – Proven ability to drive and manage change at LoB Level
- Proven good collaboration and influencing skills
- Proven ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start from scratch environments
- Proven good communication skills

- MBA
- Industry Certification:
- PMP/ PgMP/CSM/Agile SaFE
- Financial Certifications
- PMP/ PgMP/CSM/Agile SaFE
- Knowledge of project financials /CBA
- Exposure to Technology projects/Leading teams
