People Experience Specialist, Clinicians – Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly  and accurately via email to clinician inquiries submitted via the online case management system
  • Resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, leave, HR policies and other workplace concerns
  • Provide clear, concise and professional written responses to clinician cases
  • Analyze clinician cases to determine the appropriate application of company policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant COE’s: Compliance, Benefits, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition
  • Work closely with Payroll, Benefits to gather information or coordinate resolution
  • Maintain communication to ensure escalated cases are handled effectively
  • Document all case details, actions taken and resolutions in the case management system
  • Use Advisor Articles, SOP’s, Job Aids to find accurate answers and apply to cases
  • Navigate and utilize advisor articles to support policy interpretation and HR processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR experience 
  • Experience working with clinician population 
  • Proficient in HRIS and/or case management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
