OGA Fin IT-Opx team works to develop applications for Finance and Quality team. Each developer works with end user to get requirement and develop and maintain scalable web application.

This position is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications for controllership teams. The developer will oversee solution architecture, manage a team of full stack developers, and ensure alignment with business goals and technology standards. The role demands solid technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and delivery excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to analyze and refactor legacy codebases for performance and maintainability
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for complex web applications
• Oversee design, development, and deployment using .NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across multiple projects
• Drive technological enhancements and lead the implementation of organizational security initiatives within the team, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and future-readiness
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery
• Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions and infrastructure management
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance scalability and productivity
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and product owners to define technical roadmaps
• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
• Drive team engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
• Conduct regular team reviews, retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Advanced .NET and SQL
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL Server, Git Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and scalable architecture
• Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and automation
• Proficiency in:
  • .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, React
  • C#, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Kendo UI
  • Microsoft SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions)
  • Git Actions, GitHub Integration

Preferred Qualification:

• Knowledge of Blazor/React/Kendo
