We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer professional with deep expertise in .NET full stack development, cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS), and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, and mentoring junior engineers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET, C#, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor)
  • Support and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure/AWS services such as App Services, Functions, Containers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead DevOps initiatives including infrastructure as code (IaC), automated deployments, monitoring, and incident response
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
  • Drive, design, implement, and maintain deployment automation from code check – in to production
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption wherever beneficial
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Solid experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Solid proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, C#, and Entity Framework
  • Expertise in DevOps tools and practices: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM/Bicep
  • Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights)
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards
