We’re looking for a Pharmacy Floor Supervisor to join our PharmScript team within our Floor Technician department. Pharmacy Supervisors act as inspirational leaders of small- to mid-size teams of Pharmacy Clerks and/or Technicians within larger Fulfillment Pharmacies, while acting as subject matter experts and primary resources to the entire team, to ensure our members receive high-quality outcomes, and flexing to support other operational duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and accountable for a team Pharmacy Technicians, Team Leads and Clerks to process Specialty prescription orders through Fulfillment and Inventory Operations (15-20 employees) 
  • Completes pharmacy operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results 
  • Leads pharmacy staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees 
  • Provides leadership for training and development of team 
  • Communicates and supports team members through one on ones, daily team huddles, quarterly development conversations and other means 
  • Monitors individual and team performance to ensure team is meeting and exceeding expectations 
  • Provides inspirational leadership and guidance to the team through feedback, performance management and individual development conversations 
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and partners with Senior leadership to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Pharmacy Technician Licensure in the applicable state OR willing to obtain within 1 year of hire 
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, retail or distribution center setting 
  • Experience driving continuous improvements and implementing change in an organization 
  • Experience driving results through effective performance management practices and tools 
  • Experience working in a production environment 
  • Proven ability to create a culture of collaboration, recognition, inclusiveness, and diversity 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification 
  • Pharmacy practice and / or Health System regulatory and compliance experience 
  • Mail Order pharmacy experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
