As an Agile Practitioner you will be responsible for ensuring frameworks, methods and techniques that promote agility are understood and enacted. Agile Practitioners do this by ensuring that the team and organization adhere to the values of the Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles therein. You are a servant leader. You help employees, teams and stakeholders understand and implement modern product development practices. You are a facilitator, trainer, coach, and mentor for the team, organization, and enterprise. You are not defined or bounded by your title, but instead focus on delivering value and promoting an environment that supports high-performing and healthy cross-functional teams. You may at times fill various roles based on organizational needs and your own abilities, including: Scrum Master, Team Coach, and Enterprise Coach. You seek to continuously improve your own skills, the effectiveness of your team, and the organization’s understanding of Agile. You measure progress using learning milestones. You support the five elements of a learning organization: personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking. You adhere to the five Scrum values: focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring frameworks, methods and techniques that promote agility are understood and enacted
  • Ensuring that the team and organization adhere to the values of the Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles therein
  • Help employees, teams and stakeholders understand and implement modern product development practices
  • Facilitator, trainer, coach, and mentor for the team, organization, and enterprise
  • May at times fill various roles based on organizational needs and your own abilities, including Scrum Master, Team Coach, and Enterprise Coach
  • Measure progress using learning milestones
  • Support the five elements of a learning organization: personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking
  • Adhere to the five Scrum values: focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect

Required Qualifications:

  • SCRUM Master Certification
  • Certified LeSS Practitioner
  • 5+ years of product and IT experience
  • 4+ years in the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
  • 2+ years of experience applying multiple agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, LeSS
  • 2+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
  • 1+ years of experience leading transformation efforts spanning across at least business and technology
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
  • Curriculum development and delivery experience
  • Proven excellent English communication skills in written and spoken form
  • Proven excellent speaking, facilitating and resolution skills
  • United States Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Scaling of Scrum Certification(s)
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Experience with developing DevOps practices and culture
  • Healthcare experience
  • Proven understanding of other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
  • Demonstrated familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices Participation in industry agile communities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
