Software Engineer – .Net, React, Azure

Primary Responsibilities:
- Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
- Work on both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) components
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Front-End Engineering
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using frameworks like React, or Angular
- Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups
- Back-End Engineering
- Develop RESTful APIs
- Implement business logic and data processing workflows
- Use server-side technologies like Node.js, Java, or .NET
- DevOps & Deployment
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews
- Security & Compliance
- Implement the security and Vulnerability fixes
- Follow best practices for securing applications and data
- Collaboration & Agile Practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Documentation & Maintenance
- Document technical specifications, APIs, and architecture decisions
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven good communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and in agile teams
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications
Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s degree
