Seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and exposure to modern AI technologies. In this role, you will design, build, and operate scalable software solutions, integrating AI‑powered components where they meaningfully enhance performance, automation, or user experience. You’ll collaborate across architecture, platform, and security teams to deliver robust applications that meet enterprise standards for reliability, security, and compliance. You will also contribute to engineering best practices, governance routines, and developer enablement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software solutions using enterprise-approved frameworks, libraries, and cloud services
• Implement and integrate AI‑assisted features (e.g., search, summarization, code intelligence, workflow automation) into core applications using approved model endpoints and APIs
• Build secure, performant, and observable application environments across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid deployments; ensure adherence to enterprise security and data‑handling policies
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems, APIs, and application layers; lead root‑cause analysis and drive long-term fixes
• Collaborate with architecture, platform, and security teams to align solutions with enterprise guidelines for performance, cost optimization, and compliance
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Secondary Responsibilities:

• Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain automation pipelines, workflow triggers, and deployment processes with integrated monitoring and alerting
• Engineering Governance: Support engineering governance routines by reviewing design proposals, capturing decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring proper documentation
• Intake & Technical Review: Participate in technical intake reviews for new engineering requests, assessing requirements, dependencies, and risk posture
• Developer Enablement: Provide peer training, contribute to playbooks, and publish engineering guidelines-especially on safe and productive use of AI‑assisted developer tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in professional software development
• 3+ years of experience delivering solutions that incorporate AI/ML capabilities (traditional or generative)
• Hands‑on experience using AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI‑compatible endpoints, Azure OpenAI)
• Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and M365 Copilot for engineering productivity
• Solid development experience with
  • Frontend: React or Angular
  • Backend: Java or .NET
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement intelligent application features using LLM‑based services, RAG components, or enterprise AI gateways
• Solid understanding of vector search, semantic retrieval, and modern AI‑powered application patterns
• Working knowledge in core AI domains (NLP, Speech, Vision, supervised & unsupervised ML)
• Advanced proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, or AI model integration
• Proven excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
