Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for leading and driving success of Client Delivery implementation projects; ensuring the success from contract to deployment by leveraging project or program management methodologies and tools (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document)
- Partner with the client and internal stakeholders to confirm program or project scope and identify specific tasks, duration and effort required for successful project execution
- Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast and budget information (e.g. work effort, training, data integration), using input from applicable sources
- Develop, communicate and implement program/project status reporting as well as risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods
- Manage and track work across various matrixed delivery partners
- Demonstrate clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication when interacting with clients, stakeholders, and leadership
- Maintain availability to support the business during the client’s standard business hours, including meetings scheduled to align with client time zones
- Exhibit flexibility to ensure seamless collaboration, timely responsiveness, and continuity of service in support of client needs
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
This role will challenge your ability to work on complex projects where deadlines and scope may shift frequently. The role requires flexibility, agility and the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity while maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment. Solid communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and balance competing tasks are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
- Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Healthcare industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands and competing deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Six Sigma / Lean certification
- Experience with Claims processing & Adjudication systems (e.g. Facets, QNXT, ika, Amisys)
- Experience with Payment Integrity – experience with Pre or Post Payment Coordination of Benefits, Data Mining, Enrollment Integrity Coordination of Benefits, Fraud, Waste and Abuse, Post Payment Claim Review, or other Payment Integrity Services
- Experience with Smartsheet
