The successful candidate will contribute bringing solutions to the market and support our organization during product development and operations. We are looking for people who can collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have proven product management experience, and the ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the development of new products to meet customer requirements and needs
- Assisting and supporting technical teams in the design and deployment of tools and products into the marketplace
- Ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions, while engaging with IT and business partners
- Work with our customers and stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliverables, act as consultant, to propose business solutions, product and services to drive change
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Responsible for detailed and continuous business analysis, identifying problems and opportunities, and recommend solutions for the business
- Collaborate with business development and product development managers on roadmap planning, prioritization, business requirements sessions and other key activities
- Participate in multiple phases of product delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and support
- Evaluate gaps in processes and opportunities for automation
- Capture business requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Define project requirements, specifications, project scope and timelines
- Design and maintain documentation, system and data flow diagrams and processes
- Organize and assist facilitation of trainings and business workshops
- Assist in UAT activities
- Support onboarding customers and provisioning users
- Assist Customer Support, Operations and Services post deployment and go-live
- Handle customer relationships and proactive engage to prevent issues
- Supporting Incident Management and follow ups with users
- Managing and Monitoring operations metrics and reporting
- Improving existing data processes and proposing improvements and fixes to data, systems and SW
- Assist Governance, Ways of Working, Documentation, Risk Management and other aspects of internal operations to keep products at the highest quality and compliance level

Required Qualifications:
- Degree Qualified (BA, BS) in a relevant field (IT/Computer sciences, SW development, Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
- Proven business analysis, including product development and/or product management projects experience
- Proven experience working in a large multinational company or similar environment
- Proven good knowledge of Application and SW development/implementation methodologies like Agile and Scrum, or similar
- Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
- Demonstrated high proficiency in technical writing and technical documentation
- Proven experience in creating new products and services, or deploying large scale tech solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Suite like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. SharePoint and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field
- Proven business acumen, customer facing mindset and/or relevant experience
- Proven experience working in a customer success team, customer support operations, technical support, or customer service
- Proven experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy, healthcare consultancy or related fields
- Proven ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment
- Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodologies, like PRINCE2
- Demonstrated understanding of IT systems, databases and other related technologies
- Demonstrated understanding of Analytics, Data Science, Databases and Cloud computing
