As a Report Analyst, you will be empowered to support short and long term operational/strategic business activities; develop, enhance, and maintain operational information and models that will have an impact on business decisions.  In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to take the contributions of analysts and create valuable solutions to improve the health care system.  Join us! This position is full - time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 - hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am to 5pm.  It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This position is a field - based position with a home - based office. You will work from home when not in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
  • Review the analysis and interpretation of others work
  • Drive clinical and quality reporting; work with Director and other leadership to pull and analyze reports
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and quality throughout the data collection-to-reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve and enhance analyses and information provided
  • Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
  • Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development 
  • 1+ years of health care experience 
  • Advanced or higher level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint   
  • Designated workspace inside the home with access to high - speed internet availability  
  • Proven ability to problem solve, handle multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Managed Care
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and / or Medicare population
  • Proven ability to communicate and present analysis, including trends and opportunities, to clients and the business in writing and verbally
  • Proven excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and troubleshooting ability with high level of accuracy
  • Proven to be a team player, resourceful, open to learning and adaptation 
  • Reside in New Mexico
  • Ability to travel locally up to 10% of the time if in NM

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
