As the Senior Living Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and directing the administrative support and non-clinical operations of the outpatient clinic in the Senior Living Community (SLC), and for ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely manner. The Business Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all administrative support to the Senior Living Director and/or the Senior Living Manager functions are operating effectively and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees clinic administrative operations, including employee/contractor files, medical records, contracts, referrals, and compliance documentation in accordance with policy and regulations
  • Manages financial and vendor activities, including invoice review and submission, payroll administration, inventory procurement, and cost‑effective supply control
  • Coordinates outpatient clinic operations such as referral intake, insurance verification and authorizations, scheduling therapy visits, and collecting patient payments when applicable
  • Supports workforce onboarding and readiness by coordinating with the Home Health Agency Business Manager on new hire documentation, background checks, drug screens, training completion, and ongoing compliance
  • Ensures a safe, welcoming, and collaborative clinic environment by managing incident reporting, emergency response programs, audits, and other duties as assigned by Senior Living Leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of healthcare experience or 1 year of experience in an office administration role or a bachelor's degree
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong time management skills
  • Proven solid people and leadership skills
  • Proven self-motivated and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • WebPT experience
  • Experience with payroll processes, supply management, Human Resources, and basic financial knowledge

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
