As the Assistant Business Manager, you will support the Business Manager in coordinating the administrative support and non-clinical operations of the agency, and for ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain contracts, binders, HR/medical files, and assist with onboarding and training of new staff in compliance with policy and regulations
- Review, reconcile, and submit invoices; support payroll processing and billing audits; ensure timely vendor payments and follow-ups
- Oversee non-clinical workflows, clerical staff coordination, and contribute to hiring and performance evaluations
- Ensure professional, timely internal communication; manage incident reports, audits, and chart reviews
- Assist with inventory control, supply procurement, and support the Personal Emergency Response Program logistics

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of healthcare experience, or 1+ years of experience in an office administration role or a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrates computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with payroll process, supply management, and basic financial knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates strong process and people leadership abilities.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, written, and verbal communication, and time management skills.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
