The Materials Handler will receive and process incoming shipments, goods and equipment for delivery. Deliver, inventory, organize, and restock inventory sites and patient care areas containing medical and non-medical supplies, linen and equipment.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6am - 5pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer up to 2 months of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
- Labeling every product and placing them accordingly
- Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
- Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
- Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication
- Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of experience in shipping /receiving and working with patient care supplies and equipment; either in a central supply, surgery, or patient care area
- Warehouse experience
- Clean driver's history
- Willing to drive 20-foot box truck
- Valid Driver's License in the State of Washington
- Ability to float to our other 2 locations in Arlington and Everett as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with warehouse equipment, including hand tucks and pallet jacks
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 - $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
