As an Associate Director within our network contracting team, you'll guide the development and support of provider networks as well as unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. Are you ready to put your skills to the test? In this high-impact role, you will lead the development of geographically competitive, broad-access, stable provider networks that support unit cost, trend management, and business performance objectives. You will develop market-level and functional strategies, apply network configuration and incentive-based payment models, and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues that affect network performance. This role also serves as the primary contact for facility and ancillary providers during Community & State expansion, leading key Network Management operational components. In addition, you will provide governance to ensure market-level oversight and execution across stability, compliance, systems, access, and Community & State readiness, while leading Government Operations expansion execution for Government lines of business to ensure regulatory readiness and performance. You will establish solid provider relationships, direct work that impacts core functions and customer accounts, and lead and develop a network contracting team. Employees in jobs labeled with 'SCA' must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.
If you are located in the South East Region of the US, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of geographically competitive, broad-access, stable networks that achieve unit cost and trend management objectives
- Develop market-level and functional strategies, plans, and priorities to support business objectives
- Apply network configuration and incentive-based payment models to improve quality, efficiency, and performance
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues that affect network performance
- Direct work that impacts core functions and internal or external customer accounts
- Lead and develop a network contracting team
- Serve as the primary contact for facility and ancillary providers during Community & State expansion and lead key Network Management operational components, including chargemaster, payment appendices, and system troubleshooting, enabling contractors to focus on negotiations
- Provide governance to ensure market-level oversight and execution across stability, compliance, systems, access, and Community & State readiness
- Lead Government Operations expansion execution for Government lines of business, including Community & State, ensuring regulatory readiness and performance

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with provider contracting
- 3+ years of supervisory level experience in a network management-related role handling complex network providers with accountability for business results
- 3+ years of experience developing product pricing and utilizing financial modeling in making rate decisions
- 3+ years of experience managing a medical cost and administrative budget
- Expert level of knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS), DRGs, Ambulatory Surgery Center Groupers, etc.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
