The Marketing Specialist is a vital role responsible for supporting the strategic implementation and management of digital innovation. This individual will assist in the development and execution of marketing technology initiatives, optimize campaign performance, enhance customer experience, and contribute to revenue growth. The role requires a solid understanding of marketing, analytics, content management, and project timelines, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Location: Remote Nationwide
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Provide expertise on campaign parameters, including discounts, promotions, and contract automation
- Assist in testing and deploying campaign management tools and related systems
Marketing Automation:
- Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies, nurture campaigns, and personalized communications
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Assist in website improvements, including content updates
- Assist in Optumcoding.com copy and collateral updates through CMS
Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness
- Explore and pilot AI integration for content development and SEO enhancements
- Explore webinar and live production opportunities (e.g., alternative to tradeshows)

- Assist in AB testing
- Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies, nurture campaigns, and personalized communications
- Assist in website improvements, including content strategies
- Assist in Optumcoding.com copy and collateral development
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness
- Explore and pilot AI integration for content development and SEO enhancements
- Explore webinar and live production opportunities (e.g., alternative to tradeshows)

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment
- 3+ years of experience in marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMT, Workfront), CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
- 3+ years of experience in project management, experience using project management tools
- 1+ years of experience with website coordination, content management systems, and SEO best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI integration in marketing
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
