As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Sr DevOps Engineer) within our technology organization, you will be at the forefront of securing, automating, and optimizing our enterprise release pipelines and production platforms. You will play a critical role in managing our cloud-based IAM infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and driving rapid remediation of security vulnerabilities. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, while collaborating in real-time to solve complex technical challenges. You will join a highly collaborative team dedicated to fostering operational resilience, continuous deployment, and industry-leading security practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage, operate, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) or other security-critical platforms in production environments
  • Coordinate and execute release engineering pipelines to manage secure and seamless production releases 
  • Actively participate in on-call and incident-response rotations, providing real-time collaboration in incident war rooms to ensure rapid mitigation and meet strict SLAs 
  • Engage directly with customers to triage and resolve tactical, customer-facing issues, maintaining high standards of communication and ownership 
  • Manage vulnerability remediation, including coordinating patching, configuring changes, and validating fixes across multiple environments 
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize application and infrastructure monitoring platforms, such as Splunk, to build alerting dashboards and maintain high system visibility 
  • Support disaster recovery planning and operational resilience initiatives to ensure compliance with high-availability and regulated standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in operating IAM or other security-critical platforms in a production environment 
  • 4+ years of experience in building and managing Java and Spring based applications 
  • 4+ years of experience in remediating code security vulnerabilities 
  • 4+ years of demonstrated behavioral competencies, including ownership, accountability, and effective communication 
  • 3+ years of experience with release engineering and managing production releases 
  • 3+ years of experience designing and building out infrastructure in AWS/Azure 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science 
    Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure and AWS 
  • Ability to operate in an on-call or incident-response rotation when needed 
  • Ability to rapidly pivot to urgent or high-priority work, active participation in incident war rooms, and real-time collaboration with a focus on meeting SLAs and achieving the quickest possible mitigation 
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and operational resilience 
  • Experience with application and/or infrastructure monitoring platforms 
  • Familiarity with the Splunk platform, including dashboarding and alerting 
  • Exposure to regulated or high-availability environments 
  • Experience managing vulnerability remediation as part of day-to-day operations, including patching, configuration changes, and validation of fixes across all environments 
  • Operating in an on-call or incident-response rotation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
