Delivers a variety of supplies to assigned locations.Responsible for delivery and pickup of supplies, furniture, linen, paper waste for shredding, etc. and other related duties.

Position location: 42 Southbridge St. Auburn MA

Position hours: 38.75 hours per week M-F 7am-3:30pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivers and picks up a variety of products following standard procedure
  • Returns unwanted products in a timely manner and processes correctly upon return to the warehouse
  • Works with supervisor and receiving for any non-routine delivery requirements
  • Completes daily inspection reports
  • Delivers products to correct sites placing products in appropriate locations in departments
  • Delivers clean laundry and collects dirty laundry.Delivers dirty laundry to cleaner and picks up clean laundry and returns to the warehouse
  • Maintains truck in a clean manner and notifies supervisor of maintenance issues that are required
  • Maintains daily log sheets and provides them to supervisor or others
  • Picks up bags of paper material for shredding while making deliveries and brings full bags back to the warehouse
  • Complies with health and safety requirements and with regulatory agencies such as DPH, etc.
  • Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Enhances professional growth and development through educational programs, seminars, etc.
  • Attends a variety of meetings, conferences, and seminars as required or directed
  • Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license

Skills:

  • Movement of pieces average 25 lbs. but may exceed 100 lbs., including lift, pushing, pulling and carrying
  • Must act independently and make decisions of priority and routes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
