Join our Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platforms Services (ETIPS) team as a Senior Manager of Tech Project and Program Management. In this key leadership role, you will drive centralized operational and BizOps coordination for NSIS vulnerability management-focusing on remediation tracking, escalation support, leadership reporting, and cross-functional execution follow-through. You will partner closely with US-based technology teams, PMO, Finance, and leadership stakeholders to align on priorities and maintain a high-visibility, repeatable vulnerability management operating model. This is an exciting opportunity to act as an operational leader who leverages advanced digital collaboration and automation tools to streamline security hygiene tracking, address operational risks, and champion execution excellence across our infrastructure platforms.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead centralized operational and BizOps coordination for NSIS vulnerability management, including remediation tracking, escalation support, leadership reporting, and cross-functional execution follow-through
  • Coordinate weekly and ad-hoc vulnerability remediation reviews focused on low MBO-scoring areas, expiring password risks, aging vulnerabilities, remediation blockers, and time-sensitive security hygiene priorities
  • Maintain the NSIS vulnerability management operating model / MoP, ensuring clear ownership, repeatable processes, escalation paths, and leadership-ready visibility into remediation status and risk areas
  • Partner with US-based technology teams, PMO, Finance, workforce partners, and leadership stakeholders to align on vulnerability priorities, resource needs, remediation accountability, and execution timelines
  • Use enterprise-approved digital and AI-assisted productivity tools to streamline BizOps workflows, automate recurring tracking tasks, and drive continuous operational improvement
  • Evaluate emerging technical trends and operational metrics to inform solution design, optimize resource utilization, and drive strategic process innovation
  • Prepare vulnerability-related communications, executive summaries, management reports, and presentation materials to support timely decision-making and leadership awareness
  • Participate in US time-zone based tactical and strategic leadership forums, including frequent in-person discussions where vulnerability remediation, operational risk, and execution blockers require timely coordination
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, staff calls, and town halls
  • Manage SharePoint, Teams, distribution lists, and communication channels to support transparent stakeholder engagement and consistent information flow
  • Support initiative tracking, automated status reminders, risk and needs reporting, office hours, and PMO coordination to improve operational execution across NSIS
  • Assist with financial tracking, workforce planning, staffing visibility, and coordination of emerging hot topics such as resiliency, access restrictions, developer pain points, DocX, Accelerator, and technology benchmarking

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience coordinating vulnerability management, remediation tracking, security hygiene, or technology risk operations within a large enterprise technology organization

  • 3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership and SVP-level stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience managing or supporting vulnerability remediation, risk tracking, or security governance processes
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating recurring executive and team meetings (including agenda preparation, action item follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment)
  • 3+ years of experience creating executive-level presentations and communications (e.g., PowerPoint decks, operational reports, or Town Hall content)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint administration, content governance, and collaboration platform management
  • 2+ years of experience with data tracking, reporting, and dashboarding using Excel, SharePoint lists, or similar analytics tools
  • 2+ years of experience supporting financial tracking, budgeting, or cost reporting within an IT or operational organization
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce planning, staffing tracking, or resource forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and triage urgent technical issues in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in SharePoint UX/design, information architecture, or content redesign initiatives
  • Experience utilizing modern digital productivity and collaboration tools to optimize daily task management and reporting workflows
  • Experience driving employee engagement strategies (e.g., surveys, feedback loops, and internal communication channels)
  • Track record of building new operational processes or tracking systems from scratch (e.g., tracking tools, governance models, and communication frameworks)
  • Proven ability to create visually compelling executive presentations aligned to corporate branding (minimalist, high-impact storytelling)
