In this role, you will be key in building high-scale solutions that support workflow management, integrations, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities using cloud technologies and enterprise-approved advanced automation to streamline workflows and solve complex business problems.
As a seasoned full-stack engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Java Spring Boot, React, AWS cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices to contribute across architecture, development, code reviews, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Your familiarity with Salesforce will help bridge business processes and support these migration efforts.
We are looking for a professional, collaborative, and proactive engineer who is excited to apply modern engineering practices, leverage advanced intelligent tools, and work effectively with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and fellow peers. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented team members, build robust applications that improve operational efficiency, and drive meaningful technical innovation.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript
- Modernization & Migration: Play a key role in transitioning legacy platforms (e.g., Salesforce-based architectures) into modern, cloud-native Java and React platforms
- Cloud & DevOps: Design and deploy solutions on AWS using cloud-native patterns, while supporting containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), event-driven systems (Kafka), and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Database & API Integration: Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL) and build secure, highly available RESTful APIs to integrate internal and external systems
- AI & Automation: Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled platform capabilities and automate complex enterprise workflows using enterprise-approved AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Participate in architecture discussions, perform technical code reviews, promote engineering excellence, and mentor junior and mid-level software engineers
- Agile Collaboration: Work proactively in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver accurate estimations and robust product features
- Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex production systems to ensure applications meet strict security, scalability, performance, and high-availability requirements
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
