Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build agentic workflows using Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph and AutoGen with tool calling, multi-agent coordination, and safe tool execution
  • Implement RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, ranking) with vector stores (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
  • Ship robust services (Python/C#/TypeScript) with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and cost/latency optimization
  • Deploy and work with Cloud Native solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP servers, message buses, and event-driven architectures; design function/tool schemas
  • Apply Responsible AI practices-prompt injection defenses, content filters, PII/PHI redaction, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop
  • Establish offline/online LLM evals (accuracy, hallucination rate, safety) using frameworks like Ragas/DeepEval/LangChain Eval
  • Guide and mentor junior developers to foster team growth
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go
  • 3+ years of Docker experience
  • 3+ years of experience with a container environment like Kubernetes
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 3+ years of Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience building agentic workflows using Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph or AutoGen
  • 1+ years of experience implementing RAG pipelines with vector stores
  • Experience with LLM evals using frameworks like Ragas/DeepEval/LangChain Eval
