We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our incentive software while overseeing the accurate intake, processing, security, and output of system and operational data. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and protection of operating systems, and related platforms, while providing timely technical support to internal users and promoting strong documentation and data quality practices. The ideal candidate combines strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to system optimization, security, and process improvement.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor data inputs from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system
  • Coordinate the flow of data outputs, including generating reports and facilitating data delivery to stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards by identifying, investigating, and resolving errors or inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with team members to define, document, and improve process flows related to data management
  • Develop and implement automation strategies for data intake, data output, and ongoing maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular quality assessments to measure calculation accuracy, data integrity, and process reliability
  • Handle exceptions and inquiries related to data processing with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence
  • Manage data input/output processes and archival activities in accordance with business requirements
  • Apply SQL and Python knowledge, where available, to support data processing, analysis, automation, and troubleshooting
  • Use Varicent tool knowledge where applicable; Varicent experience is optional

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with data management, reporting tools, and quality assurance methodologies
  • Proven solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proven excellent communication and teamwork abilities


Preferred Qualification:

  • Proficiency with relevant software, automation tools, SQL, and Python
