The Associate Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, build, and scale full-stack applications using React and .NET technologies. The role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people management to drive high-quality, scalable, and business-impacting solutions.

Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) 
• Experience with Git and version control practices  
• Solid frontend experience with React (JavaScript / TypeScript) 
• Solid expertise in .NET / .NET Core API development 
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scalable enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Containers) 
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices 
• Exposure to AI/GenAI engineering or productivity tools
• Leadership & Behavioral Skills
