Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of AI-powered full stack applications with a strong focus on user experience, scalability, and performance
- Architect and build modern web applications using React, Next.js, Angular, and reusable UI component libraries
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces by leveraging SSR, ISR, optimized rendering, and modern frontend engineering practices
- Design and build AI-powered user experiences including:
- Conversational AI applications
- Enterprise AI copilots
- Intelligent dashboards
- Real-time streaming applications
- Workflow automation solutions
- Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications, including:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Agentic AI workflows
- Semantic search and recommendation systems
- Design and implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures and scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Python frameworks
- Build real-time communication capabilities using Web Sockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE)
- Develop distributed, stateless, and horizontally scalable application architectures that support high throughput and low latency workloads
- Implement application resiliency and scalability patterns including:
- Caching strategies
- Rate limiting
- Backpressure management
- Fault tolerance and graceful degradation
- Build event-driven architectures and streaming data pipelines to support real-time AI and analytics workloads
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications using containerization, orchestration platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
- Establish engineering best practices for observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, production support, and incident management
- Ensure secure application design and implementation through:
- OAuth and OpenID Connect
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Encryption and data protection
- Regulatory and enterprise compliance requirements
- Collaborate with product, design, AI/ML, platform, and business teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver business outcomes
- Drive architecture reviews, engineering standards, code quality, and technical governance across projects
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Lead successful delivery of enterprise-scale AI applications from concept through production deployment and operational support
- Accelerate engineering adoption through reusable frameworks, design patterns, shared services, and reference architectures
- Builder Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in full stack application development with strong expertise in modern frontend engineering
- Proven experience building and delivering scalable enterprise applications using React, Next.js, Angular, or similar frontend technologies
- Experience designing and developing Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers, REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience building high-volume, real-time applications and streaming data solutions
- Cloud-native development experience using AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with containerization, orchestration platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, driving architectural decisions, and delivering large-scale technology solutions
- Experience implementing AI-powered applications utilizing:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt Engineering
- Vector Embeddings
- Semantic Search
- Agentic AI Workflows
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and enterprise AI integrations
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Solid understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and enterprise compliance standards
- Proven excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven solid expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise web applications with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, and micro-frontend architectures
- Experience building reusable design systems, component libraries, and enterprise UI platforms that enable consistency and scalability across products
- Experience designing Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures, API gateways, GraphQL services, and distributed microservices ecosystems
- Experience developing and operating high-scale distributed systems with strong understanding of scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, resilience engineering, caching strategies, and performance optimization
- Experience with cloud-native application development using AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD practices
- Experience implementing enterprise security architectures including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications, including LLMs, RAG architectures, semantic search, AI copilots, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows
- Experience with AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration platforms
- Experience with vector databases, semantic retrieval systems, and knowledge platforms including Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, pgvector, Azure AI Search, and Neo4j
- Experience with modern data platforms and streaming ecosystems including Apache Kafka, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and large-scale ETL/ELT architectures
- Proven solid expertise in frontend performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, SSR/ISR strategies, rendering optimization, and modern UI engineering best practices
- Proven expertise in building real-time applications using WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), event-driven architectures, and streaming technologies
- Proven solid DevOps, observability, and production operations experience, including logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, performance profiling, and production incident management
