Lead Technical Product Manager will join a team of product leaders responsible for defining and delivering enterprise-grade cloud-enabling platforms that simplify and accelerate adoption of public cloud across business units in UHG.  As the product leader for Public Cloud Networking, you will own the strategy, standards, and roadmap for networking and connectivity capabilities across Azure, AWS, and GCP, ensuring alignment with evolving enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.  

This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role responsible for a portfolio of platform capabilities delivered by globally distributed engineering teams across two organizations. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, architecture, network infrastructure, security, and application leaders to set direction, drive prioritization, manage risk, and ensure adoption at enterprise scale.  

For the most complex and highstakes challenges facing application teams in public cloud, this role is expected to lead with innovative thinking, shape crossorganizational solutions, and influence outcomes beyond direct reporting lines.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish and leverage enterprise‑scale Voice of Customer (VoC) mechanisms to identify systemic pain points and opportunities across both existing and new public cloud accounts, informing platform strategy and standards
• Define and own the public cloud networking strategy, in partnership with network infrastructure and security leaders, ensuring alignment with long‑term architectural standards and business objectives
• Own a portfolio of enterprise networking and connectivity platform capabilities, establishing standards that govern how application teams design, deploy, and operate workloads in public cloud
• Partner with technical leaders and engineering teams to drive execution of the public cloud networking product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams
• Lead complex technical and business discussions, evaluating architectural tradeoffs, delivery constraints, and emerging opportunities with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with the overall public cloud product strategy and roadmap
• Ensure initiatives are directly tied to public cloud OKRs, which include adoption & compliance
• Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of risks impacting budget, timelines, security posture, or strategic outcomes, exercising judgment on tradeoffs and recommended paths forward
• Influence and shape enterprise prioritization decisions, using quantitative metrics, customer insights, and risk analysis to ensure investment is focused on the highest‑value outcomes
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; alternatively, 4+ years of Healthcare Technology experience
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale platform products within a matrixed organization
• Expertise in public cloud platforms, including architecture, networking, and enterprise operating models
• Proven ability to define, scale, and govern platforms that serve large cloud developer communities across the enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to make complex prioritization and trade‑off decisions in ambiguous, high‑impact environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading or defining public cloud networking and connectivity patterns at enterprise scale
• Experience presenting to large audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Experience operating product and delivery workflows using modern product management and DevOps practices
• Relevant certifications in product management or cloud technologies
