Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document)
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
• Drive/participate in the capital request process, as appropriate (e.g. presentations, cost-benefit analysis, business case)
• Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards
• Develop, communicate, and implement program and project risk, issue management plans and strategies
• Manages and drives the balance between innovation and feasibility, usability, and scalability
• Lead functional or segment teams or projects and serve as a leader/ mentor by reviewing work performed by others and provide recommendation for improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
• 3+ years leading people including experience in coaching, providing feedback, and guiding others
• Experience leading analysis, impact and design strategy for technology programs
• Experience with change management, innovation and speed to market
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven excellent communication skills
•  Proven to be a self-starter, able to work with minimal guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience
• PMP Certification
• Claims experience
• Automation and Re-engineering experience
• Rally, Jira and SharePoint experience
