We turn the signals generated across every customer interaction into trusted data, meaningful insight and better business decisions. The CCA Data Pillar provides the enterprise data foundations, data products, analytics, reporting and AI enablement that help the business understand customer journeys, measure operational performance and identify where action will create the greatest value.
As CCA modernizes its contact center platforms, expands digital channels and adopts AI-enabled experiences, our role becomes even more critical. We connect data across platforms and lines of business, improve its quality and accessibility, and create a dependable source of truth for operational and customer insight. If the business needs to understand what is happening, why it is happening and what to do next, the Data Pillar makes that possible.
Our purpose: make trusted data easy to find, understand and use, so CCA can improve customer outcomes, operational performance and the value delivered by AI.
The Product Manager is responsible for translating business priorities, customer needs and Data Pillar objectives into a clear, prioritized and delivery-ready backlog. Working closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, Operations and business stakeholders, the role ensures Agile teams understand the problem to solve, the value expected and the acceptance criteria for success.
This is a delivery-focused Product Manager role with a strong Product Owner orientation. The successful candidate will act as the day-to-day product partner for one or more Agile teams, while contributing to roadmap development, PI planning and continuous improvement across the wider Data Pillar.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own, prioritize and maintain the team's backlog, balancing strategic product work, technical enablement, operational support, and mandatory commitments
- Translate business problems and product objectives into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Maintain sufficient delivery-ready work for upcoming sprints and Program Increments, with scope, dependencies, risks and sequencing clearly understood
- Lead day-to-day product engagement with engineers, architects, analysts, QA and Scrum Masters, providing fast decisions and requirement clarification
- Participate actively in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily delivery discussions, reviews, demos, and retrospectives
- Support PI planning by shaping objectives, confirming priorities, identifying dependencies, and helping teams make credible delivery commitments
- Engage business and operational stakeholders to understand needs, validate proposed solutions, gather feedback, and manage expectations
- Partner with Product Leadership to connect team-level execution to the wider product vision, roadmap and business priorities
- Define MVPs and phased delivery approaches that release value early while supporting scalable, sustainable data solutions
- Maintain clear and accurate product information within agreed planning tools, including priorities, target outcomes, status, risks, and delivery dates
- Use product, delivery, adoption and data-quality measures to assess outcomes, identify improvement opportunities and inform future priorities
- Champion quality, customer value, transparency and continuous improvement across the product delivery lifecycle
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Proven solid Product Owner or delivery-focused Product Management experience in an Agile environment, including backlog ownership, prioritization, requirements discovery, user story development and acceptance-criteria definition
- Proven practical understanding of data, analytics, reporting, KPIs, data quality and enterprise data products is required, together with experience using product and Agile planning tools such as Rally or Aha!
- Proven ability to translate complex business and data needs into clear, deliverable outcomes; work confidently across business and technology teams
- Demonstrate solid stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms and analytics technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, data warehousing, AI, machine learning or advanced analytics would be beneficial
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CSPO or equivalent Agile and product credentials would be advantageous, as would experience supporting distributed delivery teams and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders across time zones
