Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks
• Architect scalable AI platforms and cloud-native solutions utilizing Azure Public Cloud services and MLOps best practices
• Develop robust APIs, automation frameworks, and reusable AI services that accelerate adoption across multiple teams
• Establish AI engineering standards for model evaluation, prompt engineering, governance, observability, and responsible AI practices
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases
• Mentor engineers and champion AI innovation, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements in production environments
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Solid experience developing and deploying AI/ML, Generative AI, and Large Language Model solutions
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Gemini, or comparable AI platforms
• Experience with Azure Public Cloud, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PydanticAI, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies
• Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and AI Agent development
• Knowledge of API development, microservices, data engineering, and scalable distributed systems.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for AI innovation and continuous learning
