Primary Responsibilities:

• AI/ML & Platform Leadership
  • Define architecture for enterprise AI/ML and GenAI systems
  • Lead development of NLP, Vision, and GenAI solutions including RAG and agentic systems
  • Own end-to-end ML lifecycle and platform scalability
• AI Observability (Leadership Focus)
  • Establish enterprise-wide AI observability strategy
  • Drive standards for model monitoring, drift detection, explainability, and compliance
  • Build and govern observability dashboards, telemetry, and alerting frameworks
  • Ensure auditability and traceability for regulated environments
• AIOps & Operational Intelligence
  • Architect AIOps frameworks for proactive incident detection and remediation
  • Implement intelligent monitoring across infra, pipelines, and models
  • Enable self-healing and adaptive AI systems
  • Drive RCA automation and incident analytics using ML signals
• DevOps / MLOps / Platform Engineering
  • Define and implement enterprise MLOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
  • Standardise model lifecycle management, testing, and rollback strategies
  • Lead containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Drive DevSecOps integration and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Cloud & Scalability Engineering
  • Architect multi-cloud AI deployments (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Optimise performance, reliability, and cost of AI platforms
  • Leverage managed services (Vertex AI, Azure ML, SageMaker)
• Stakeholder & Technical Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams across AI, engineering, and product
  • Own technical decision-making and architectural governance
  • Mentor senior engineers and define engineering best practices
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (7+ years) or Master's (5+ years) in Computer Science / AI / Data Science or related field
• Extensive experience in ML, deep learning, and GenAI systems in production
• Proven experience leading large-scale AI platform implementations
• Advanced AI Observability (monitoring, drift, explainability, telemetry)
• Knowledge of AIOps architecture and automation
• Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps leadership
• Solid programming skills (Python, Angular/React)
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, distributed systems
• Multi-cloud expertise (GCP/Azure/AWS) & CI/CD implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains
• Expertise in RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI systems
• Demonstrated ability to influence architecture at organizational level before beginning employment
