Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.

These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Own software architecture, design reviews, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Team Management: Hire, mentor, and manage performance for 10+ software engineers and managers
• Delivery & Strategy: Manage product lifecycles, project milestones, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, product management, and cross-functional teams for on-time delivery
• Operational Excellence: Drive adoption of AI/ML, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering
• Experience of implementing solutions with personal accountability for delivering on time
• Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
• Optimize performance, parallel processing, and distributed computing, while implementing auto-scaling strategies
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to define requirements and performance expectations, often in a client-facing, on-site, or hybrid capacity
• Implement microservices and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) utilizing CI/CD toolchains (TFS, Git, Jenkins). Integrate AI/ML pipelines and enable AI‑driven automation across the SDLC
• Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and network segmentation to meet industry standards
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure high availability and performance.
• Own software architecture, design reviews, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Partner with product, product management, and cross-functional teams for on-time delivery
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Windows Services, Angular, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, HTTP REST calls
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure/AWS services, AI/ML
  Hire, mentor, and manage performance for 10+ software engineers and managers
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML processes into cloud and DevOps workflows
• Proficient with Git and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure, AI/ML
• Proven reporting skills (Power BI, Power Query, SSRS)
• Proven SharePoint skills (Server Object Model, JSOM/CSOM, SharePoint REST API, PHA, SHA)
• Proven tp proactively identify risks/issues with deliverables and communicate how to mitigate
• Demonstrates commitment to IT methodologies, processes and standards
