We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead - Full Stack Engineering to drive the end-to-end delivery of a scalable, cloud-native Agentic AI Platform for enterprise claims automation and intelligent workflows. This role combines hands-on full stack engineering expertise (Python, Java, AWS) with solid delivery ownership, ensuring successful execution of platform and use case initiatives with high quality, speed, and reliability. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams while actively contributing to architecture, coding, integration, and production deployment, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and enterprise standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivery Leadership & Execution
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI platform and associated use cases
  • Drive delivery lifecycle from requirements to production
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Align delivery with business priorities and roadmap
• Full Stack Engineering (Hands-on Leadership)
  • Develop backend services using Python and Java
  • Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration services
  • Contribute to coding, debugging, and optimization
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards
• Agentic AI Platform Development
  • Implement multi-agent orchestration and workflow frameworks
  • Build LLM-driven workflows and RAG solutions
  • Enable prompt engineering and reasoning workflows
  • Ensure responsible AI guardrails and validation
• Cloud & Platform Engineering (AWS)
  • Design solutions using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora, S3)
  • Implement microservices and event-driven architecture
  • Optimize scalability, reliability, and cost
  • Enable observability and monitoring
• Team Leadership & Engineering Excellence
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams
  • Enforce best practices and coding standards
  • Drive CI/CD and testing discipline
  • Foster accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Solid expertise in Python, Java, and AWS
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• AI / Agentic AI Experience
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based systems
• Proven delivery leadership in enterprise programs
• Understanding of agentic AI and RAG architectures

Preferred Qualifications;

• Healthcare / Claims domain experience
• Experience with Vector DB and Graph DB
• Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks
